Each activity in this retreat is designed to help you recharge your batteries and will allow your mind, body, and spirit to come into balance. 

Get ready for: 

• Daily morning meditational beach walks to start your day with a sense of calm and inner peace.
• Sacred cacao and fire ceremonies to help you open your heart, find forgiveness and release what no longer serves you.
• A private aromatherapy session to help you come into balance and relieve any symptoms you may be experiencing physically or emotionally.
• A private Thai Yoga Massage that blends assisted stretching, Ayurveda, reflexology, energy work, and massage to bring your body into balance, reduce tension, and allow the energy to flow with greater ease.
• Creative hours for you to tap into your inner child and play. Allow yourself to break free of perfection and just create for the fun of it.
• Evening restorative yoga to help you unwind from physical tension and will allow you to sleep much deeper.
• Free time so that you can do anything you please! Take time to do all the things you wish you had time for at home or just relax by the pool and nap in the hammock.
