Service Description

Are you looking to have both a relaxing and transformative day? Try out our one-day intensive that is customized to your needs. We can do personal training, a pool workout, yoga, massage, sound healing, chakra healing, nutrition coaching and life coaching all in one day! You decide which components you are interested in and Hilery will plan out the perfect day that will help you feel energized and restored with all the tools you need to bring more balance to your life when you leave. Two meals, a smoothie, and fresh coconut water are included in addition to all the services you would like to incorporate into your day.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you will be charged the full price of your session. For retreats we need at least two weeks notice prior to cancellation. You will receive a partial refund as $250 will be deducted to cover costs of administration and credit card fees.
